TERMS OF SERVICE
I reserve the rights to:
- refuse services to those, who behave inappropriately or rudely, or don't respect my person- post commissioned work on my social media unless requested otherwise by the commissioner
The commissioner has the rights to:
- use the commissioned work for anything personal or upload on social media as long as credit is given.- ask me not to upload the piece on my social media- ask me to credit you simply as anonymous- to ask any questions, express concerns or ask for work in progresses anytime.
The commissioner mustn't:
- use the commissioned work for commercial use, (selling it as t-shirt designs or prints etc.) unless discussed with me beforehand.- alter the commissioned piece in any way- resell the piece or use it as an NFT or in any other cryptocurrency-related orderals
Requirements:
- Commissioning me as a private person. I cannot accept orders from other businesses.- The commissioner needs to be 18 or older- Having read my Terms of Service.- A reference or a clear drawing of your character is required for me to complete your request.- Patience and politeness. I might work for between 3 days and 2 weeks depending on my private life.- Commission me only via e-mail or through Ko-fi commissions.- Payments are all done via either Paypal Invoice, Artistree commissions OR Ko-fi commissions.
HOW TO COMMISSION ME
1. Send an e-mail to [email protected] or through Ko-fi commissions2. Have the word "commission" in the title if you're writing an e-mail!3. Make sure to include this form in the e-mail:

- any types of mythical creatures and monsters
- fanart of characters of existing media
- fan characters
- own characters
I'm not willing to draw:
- NSFW of any kind (artistic/nonsexual nudity is an exception)
- any type of fetish art
- complex architecture
- the obvious (incest/pedophilia/hateful art etc.)
- fanart of offensive media (ask if unsure)

Simple Art
Silhouette-focused flat art with simple posing (front or side-view) and optional backgrounds (none, monochrome or simple).
Half-body - 40$
Full-body - 70$

Detailed Art
Detail-focused semi-realistic art with dynamic posing and optional backgrounds (none, monochrome, simple, detailed).
Half-body - 50$

Logographic Art
Geometry-focused art with simple posing, a limited color palette (3-6 colors) and optional backgrounds (monochrome, simple).
Half-body - 30$
Full-body - 60$
Additional characters: +50%
Extra details (print effect/text): +50%
Scenes
-Variable color amounts (2-8+ colors)
-Strongly atmosphere based (omits many details including facial features if it's not necessary)

THE PROCESS
1. After I've received your message, I may message you back asking about a few details regarding your request. This step is complete once I send you a message saying everything's fine, and I'll send the commissioner an invoice with half the discussed price via Paypal. They will have 8 days to pay for it. I'll start working as soon as I recieve the payment.-2. I'll draw up to 3 sketches and will present them to the commissioner shortly after step 1 is complete. They will be able to choose one of them and/or making small suggestions regarding to the one they chose. This step is complete once both of us agreed on the look of the sketch.-3. Once I finish, I'll send the high-quality image without a watermark to the commissioner.Note:After the approval of the sketch I can only make up to 3 small changes to the piece. More than that will be 5$ per change.-4. Finally, I will send the second invoice with the second half of the commission to be paid, for which the commissioner will have 8 days.
Cancellation and Refunds
The commissioner is free to cancel their request anytime, however:- 50% will be refunded if the commissioner cancels their request before the completion of step 3.- Once I've completed step 4, I offer no refunds.In case I fail to complete the commission due to a personal reason, or within a reasonable amount of time (2 months), a full refund will be given.In case the commissioner fails to pay either of their invoice, their request will be cancelled.
